Job Summary: Assist the Tax Analyst/Tax Supervisor in issuing tax invoices, performing tax assessments, monitoring legislation, and submitting tax declarations, while maintaining departmental organization and serving customers. Key Highlights: 1. Support in tax invoice issuance and tax assessment 2. Preparation and submission of tax declarations 3. Customer control and service Assist the Tax Analyst/Tax Supervisor in issuing tax invoices and performing tax assessments for companies. Maintain a positive work environment, departmental organization and equipment, and organization of shared areas. * Issuance and verification of Input, Output, and Service Tax Invoices. * Importing Input, Output, and Service Tax Invoices via XML, Web Service, and SIEG. * Monitoring of legislation. * Tax assessment for companies under Simples Nacional and Presumed Profit regimes (Commerce and Services). * Preparation, verification, and submission of monthly municipal, state, and federal tax declarations. * Preparation and submission of annual declarations (DESUP SP, DIRF, DIMOB, DMED, DECLAN, DEFIS). * CND control. * Recalculation of unpaid payment slips for clients. * Sending payment slips to clients. * Task management through the GESTTA system. * Respond to email requests within 24 hours. * Serve customers by phone.
