You will work with internal Dell requesters to ensure that requested changes or technologies are secure and meet all Dell security requirements, policies, and standards. Here’s what we’re looking for in this role: **Essential Requirements:** * Relevant professional experience in information security, with solid knowledge of networking, cloud, infrastructure, and application security fundamentals, including common protocols (FTP, HTTP, SSH, SMB, LDAP, etc.). * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of assessing risks and defining appropriate security controls or mitigation solutions. * Advanced English proficiency, with strong communication and presentation skills, including experience producing and reviewing technical documentation. * Customer-oriented mindset, with a sense of responsibility, autonomy, and strong results focus. * Ability to quickly learn new technologies, supported by a basic understanding of AI/ML systems. **Desired Qualifications:** * Relevant certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, ITIL, CISSP, AWS CSS, GWEB, GCIA, GPEN, or equivalent network/security credentials. * Advanced degree (Master’s preferred) in IT, Networking, Cybersecurity, Software Development, or a related field. **This Is Our Story.
