Join us as an **Information Security Architect** on our **Cybersecurity – Security Architecture** team in **Eldorado do Sul** to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. **What You’ll Achieve** As an Information Security Architect, you will be responsible for conducting security reviews of firewall change requests, proxy change requests, third-party access requests, and reviews of any new technologies introduced at Dell. You will work with internal Dell requesters to ensure that requested changes or technologies are secure and meet all Dell security requirements, policies, and standards. You will also participate in other security-related projects and contribute to improvements in tools and processes used by the Cybersecurity – Security Architecture team. **You Will:** * Evaluate information security solutions and processes, providing recommendations aligned with Dell's security standards, and proactively manage policy exception requests following established review processes. * Proactively manage all customer interactions, maintaining professionalism and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, including handling requests via email or internal ticketing systems. * Participate in projects, initiatives, and activities related to the Network Communication and Security domain, as well as two or more additional security domains as needed. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of performed reviews and identified risks during activities. * Fulfill internal requests following organizational guidelines, ensuring accurate, timely, and detail-oriented execution. **Take the First Step Toward Your Dream Career** Every member of the Dell Technologies team brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for in this role: **Essential Requirements:** * Relevant professional experience in information security, with solid knowledge of networking, cloud, infrastructure, and application security fundamentals, including common protocols (FTP, HTTP, SSH, SMB, LDAP, etc.). * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of assessing risks and defining appropriate security controls or mitigation solutions. * Advanced English proficiency, with strong communication and presentation skills, including experience producing and reviewing technical documentation. * Customer-oriented mindset, with a sense of responsibility, autonomy, and strong results focus. * Ability to quickly learn new technologies, supported by a basic understanding of AI/ML systems. **Desired Qualifications:** * Relevant certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, ITIL, CISSP, AWS CSS, GWEB, GCIA, GPEN, or equivalent network/security credentials. * Advanced degree (Master’s preferred) in IT, Networking, Cybersecurity, Software Development, or a related field. **This Is Our Story.
