**The role of the Pre-Sales Engineer is to collaborate with the Account Executive in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, providing specialized technical support throughout the prospecting and negotiation process with potential clients.** The responsibilities of the account executive include: * Analyze the needs of potential customers, identifying technical challenges and opportunities for implementing information security, information privacy, and cybersecurity solutions. * Assist in customizing solutions to meet specific customer requirements, working closely with R&D teams. * Support the development of success stories and case studies based on previous implementations to demonstrate the value of DropReal's solutions. * Maintain constant communication with sales, product, and post-sales teams to ensure consistency and continuity of solutions offered to customers. * Develop and present detailed technical proposals demonstrating how DropReal's solutions meet specific customer requirements. * Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, explaining features, benefits, and differentiators of cybersecurity, security governance, and information privacy solutions. * Conduct proofs of concept (PoCs) and pilot projects, configuring and demonstrating the effectiveness of proposed solutions in the client's controlled environments. * Stay updated on industry technologies and trends, including defensive security, offensive security, Threat Intelligence, and cybersecurity technologies, to provide accurate and relevant technical consulting. * Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information), preparing necessary technical documentation and ensuring responses align with the company's capabilities and offerings.
