**Description** We are seeking an **Information Security Analyst** to work on **training and awareness** in Information Security. This person will be responsible for **developing educational content**, designing and delivering presentations, and supporting the evolution of the Human Risk Management area. **Responsibilities and Duties** Create **raw content** for awareness campaigns, such as texts for announcements, visual materials, and informational resources. Plan and deliver **awareness presentations** on information security topics for diverse client audiences. Support the **structuring and evolution** of the Human Risk Management area by contributing ideas and improvements to awareness programs. Collaborate with internal communications, technology, and DHO teams to ensure training and campaigns effectively reach employees. Assist in measuring the effectiveness of awareness initiatives and propose adjustments as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** Previous experience in **training and awareness**, preferably in Information Security (IS). Knowledge of IS topics such as **cyber threats, social engineering**, and best practices in digital security. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language. Organizational and proactive skills for **creating educational content** and awareness materials. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to diverse audiences and training formats.
