Our team's mission is to implement and maintain an information security management system that ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical business information, as well as support and guide departments and employees through educational actions to disseminate security best practices. You will focus on managing risks and internal information security controls, monitoring threats that could impact the business. **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct risk assessments in processes, projects, and third parties; * Define risk treatment and monitor action plans; * Prepare reports, simulations, presentations, including analyses and recommendations for improving internal controls; * Develop and update Information Security Procedures based on current regulations; * Provide support for decision-making and enhance risk management processes; * Monitor audit points (internal and external) and SI Cyber Risks, discussing action plans to address root causes of risks; * Monitor and perform control tests on risk causes through periodic checks, signaling process deviations that could affect the current risk level, aiming to communicate with stakeholders for action planning; * Promote continuous improvement of business area processes involving Information Security risks; * Provide visibility of identified SI Risks in business areas and execute proper alignments for managing these identified risks; * Be responsible for the contracting process and monitoring of support systems across various business areas; * Assess and prioritize risks from application, cloud, infrastructure, and workstation vulnerabilities; * Evaluate risks related to the use of Artificial Intelligence. **Requirements and qualifications** Requirements and qualifications * Experience in mapping Information Security processes; * Professional experience in analyzing and treating application, cloud, infrastructure, and workstation vulnerabilities; * Professional practice in creating corporate communications and awareness content in Information Security; * Knowledge in defining and critically analyzing indicators, Information Security Policies and Standards; * Broad understanding of Information Security concepts and tools; * Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology, IT Governance, or Information Security fields. **Additional information** * Work mode: ON-SITE; * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Food allowance; * Meal voucher; * Green Multi; * Group life insurance; * Hospital and dental health plan. **ENCHANTING PEOPLE** **Our purpose is to provide quality of life and well-being through benefit solutions for companies and individuals.** We are a company specialized in benefit solutions, which since 1989 combines benefit solutions with a passion for people.
