Job Summary: Act as a technical and strategic reference in Information Security, leading data protection, risk mitigation, and compliance initiatives, and defining and implementing advanced security solutions. Strategic and technical expertise in information security Serve as a technical and strategic reference in the Information Security area, leading data protection initiatives, risk mitigation, and compliance with information security standards. The specialist will be responsible for defining and implementing advanced security solutions, supporting audits, and contributing to the maturity evolution of the area. \#LI\-GT1 \#LI\-REMOTE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design and implement security architectures for on-premises and cloud environments. * Conduct risk analyses and propose business-aligned mitigation measures. * Lead information security projects, including deployment of new technologies and processes. * Manage critical security incidents, coordinating response and remediation. * Support the definition of security policies, standards, and procedures. * Ensure compliance with regulations such as LGPD, GDPR, and standards including ISO 27001, NIST, among others. * Perform security assessments of vendors and third parties. * Support penetration testing (pentests) and vulnerability analyses to build monitoring and response capabilities. * Participate in security and corporate governance committees. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, or related fields. * Solid experience in information security, with both strategic and technical involvement. * Advanced knowledge of networks, firewalls, IAM, SIEM, DLP, EDR, among others. * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Desired certifications: CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CEH, CompTIA Security\+, among others. #### **Behavioral Skills:** * Analytical ability and business acumen. * Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Proactivity, sense of urgency, and results orientation. * Technical leadership and influence. **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as three days onsite at the company headquarters located at Av.
