Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring data and indicators, identifying training needs, and proposing process improvements in the healthcare area. Key Highlights: 1. Data and indicator monitoring for the Monitoring Program 2. Development and implementation of the training calendar 3. Proposing improvements and process reviews **Knowledge Requirements:** Office 365 Suite • Technical knowledge of the field **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:10 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:08 PM. **Location:** Farroupilha - Porto Alegre / RS **Responsibilities:** Monitor data and indicators of the Hospital Network Monitoring Program; • Identify needs and expectations of the provider network to develop and implement the training calendar; • Collaborate with departments involved in activities relevant to the area, supporting epidemiological profile-related matters of the Operator; • Propose improvements and/or process reviews aligned with technical aspects of responsibilities, seeking innovative solutions.
