




We are seeking a **Mid-Level QA Analyst** to work in a large-scale technology environment, supporting the **quality**, **stability**, and **predictability** of deliveries for medium- and large-scale systems. We are looking for someone with strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and hands-on experience in **automated testing**, as well as practical experience with **Octane (OpenText ALM Octane)** for test cycle management and tracking. **Project** The selected professional will operate in a high-demand technical environment with recurring releases, contributing from requirements refinement through final delivery validation. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and evolving tests (automated and manual as needed), recording evidence, and supporting defect management and test coverage. Key deliverables include creation and maintenance of automated tests, execution of functional/regression tests, validation of integrations, and logging the test cycle in **Octane (OpenText ALM Octane)**. We expect autonomy to identify risks, anticipate issues, and ensure long-term delivery reliability. **Project Scale** Work takes place within a structured context featuring defined processes, governance, and direct quality dependency to sustain continuous delivery cycles. Rigor, attention to detail, and discipline in test documentation and traceability are required. **Team Size** The **Mid-Level QA Analyst** will join an established team, working closely with developers, technical leads, and internal stakeholders. In addition to maintaining standard testing routines, the role involves alignment sessions to validate acceptance criteria, support defect resolution, and contribute to quality process improvements. **Responsibilities** Plan and execute functional, regression, smoke/sanity, and exploratory tests as needed; Create, maintain, and evolve automated tests to ensure coverage and reduce rework in regressions; Manage test execution, evidence, and defect tracking in **Octane (OpenText ALM Octane)**; Support definition and validation of acceptance criteria with the team (product/business and technology); Validate integrations and APIs (REST) where applicable, ensuring coverage of critical scenarios; Log, track, and support triaging of defects with the development team; Identify risks and improvement opportunities in existing routines and propose adjustments; Support internal stakeholders with status updates, evidence, and quality metrics; Serve as a reference point for questions regarding test scenarios, coverage, and traceability. **Assignments** Design and maintain test scenarios and cases based on requirements and user stories; Perform evolutionary maintenance of the automated test suite; Execute tests and consistently record evidence (screenshots/logs/reports); Manage the test and defect lifecycle in **Octane** (planning, execution, traceability, and status); Support root cause analysis for recurring failures and recommend improvements; Document routines, processes, and validation criteria used. **Requirements (Tools and Skills)** Hands-on experience with automated testing (creation and maintenance); Experience with **Octane (OpenText ALM Octane)** for test management, execution, and defect control; Solid understanding of testing processes and types (functional, regression, exploratory, smoke/sanity); Experience in Agile teams (Scrum), including participation in backlog refinement and planning meetings; Knowledge of API (REST) validation and basic system integration concepts; Strong communication, organization, and alignment skills with technical and product/business teams; Autonomy to identify risks and resolve problems without constant supervision. **Differentiators** Experience with CI/CD and automated execution in pipelines; Knowledge of BDD (Gherkin/Cucumber) or best practices for scenario writing; Familiarity with performance testing (basic level) and/or observability (logs/monitoring); Experience with complementary QA tools (e.g., Postman/Insomnia, Git). **Work Model** Hybrid — 3 days onsite in a technology environment and 2 days remote **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\\Wellhub; Group life insurance; Meal/Voucher allowance; Health and dental plan \- Bradesco; Training initiatives: lectures, forums, knowledge-sharing sessions, and discussions related to our business.
