Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Pantry Assistant to prepare, portion, distribute food and beverages, and maintain the organization and cleanliness of the pantry and utensils, ensuring service excellence. If you are organized and attentive to details, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and portion food and beverages. * Distribute meals using trays and trolleys. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the pantry and utensils. * Verify and request restocking of supplies. * Serve beverages. * Organize work materials. * Keep trolleys, trays, and other utensils orderly and in accordance with hygiene principles. * Understand food station etiquette and decoration/layout. * Collect and wash dishes. * Keep trolleys, trays, and other utensils orderly and in accordance with hygiene principles. * Monitor inventory levels of products, utensils, and cleaning materials required for pantry operations, requesting restocking as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in pantry/kitchen roles. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to work in a team and perform tasks under supervision. **Additional Information** * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off. * Working hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. **We Offer:** * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Voucher * Dental Plan * Gym partnership \- Gympass * Birthday leave \- Day Off With over 10 years of operation in Brazil, AMBAAR is a reference in premium airport hospitality, delivering unique experiences that transform waiting time into well-being, sophistication, and comfort.
