Job Summary: Responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and sanitized, organizing cleaning supplies, operating dishwashers, and storing utensils. Key Highlights: 1. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? * Responsible for maintaining full kitchen cleanliness, ensuring all areas are sanitized according to Sanitary Surveillance regulations for receiving goods and staff; * Responsible for organizing cleaning supplies and refilling dispensers of soap, gel, paper towels, and toilet paper in all locations where these items are used; * Responsible for operating the dishwasher (plates and glasses), and for sanitizing utensils, containers, and cookware; * Responsible for correctly storing utensils, tableware, and containers to ensure efficiency during usage; * Follow the Good Practices Manual.
