We are seeking a **Junior HR Administration Analyst** to join our Human Resources team. This professional will directly manage operational processes within the HR Department, ensuring accurate execution of labor routines, legal compliance controls, and internal support related to people management. **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities include: ***Vacation Management*** Scheduling, tracking, and calculating employee vacation schedules; Issuing vacation receipts and monitoring statutory deadlines. ***Electronic Timekeeping Management*** Recording and processing timekeeping system data; Analyzing working-hour inconsistencies, making adjustments, and entering justifications; Supporting managers in managing working hours and ensuring compliance with legislation. ***Payroll Management*** Verifying and entering data into the payroll system; Cross-checking information from timekeeping records and benefits; Supporting payroll closing routines; Assisting in generating reports and verifications. ***Occupational Health Management*** Managing and administering the PCMSO (Occupational Health Program); Scheduling and monitoring occupational medical examinations; Tracking expiration dates of occupational examination reports and medical certificates; Liaising with occupational medicine clinics. ***Leave Management*** Monitoring and tracking employees on leave; Entering data into the system and monitoring statutory deadlines; Monitoring return-to-work processes and supporting documentation management related to INSS (Brazilian Social Security Institute). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Knowledge:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields; Familiarity with HR Department routines; Basic knowledge of labor legislation; Experience with Protheus (TOTVS) payroll system is considered a plus; Familiarity with electronic timekeeping systems; Practical experience in managing leaves, PCMSO, and occupational medicine; **Behavioral Competencies:** Organization and deadline management; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Analytical ability to resolve inconsistencies; Proactivity and sense of responsibility; Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations. **Additional Information** We strive to foster a healthy work environment through initiatives promoting **quality of life, safety, and professional development**.
