We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability, fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise team processes, deliverables, and demands related to Contractual Management, Quality Management, and construction site monitoring, aligned with the scope and guidelines of the Implementation Coordination/Management. * Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and procedures during all field activities, directly supporting Construction Implementation Management. * Supervise and guide inspection and quality assurance teams (construction and laboratory), ensuring field activities and as-built drawings comply with technical specifications. * Interact with departments and stakeholders to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in Implementation Management deliverables and processes. * Identify and implement continuous improvements in Implementation Management processes, always aligned with Coordination/Management. * Manage maintenance plans for equipment and resources used by the team and third parties, ensuring valid certifications, proper maintenance, and field operation safety. * Conduct performance evaluations of the engineering team, providing feedback and guidance. * Stay updated on technological advancements and best practices in engineering and construction. * Resolve conflicts and issues arising during project execution, acting autonomously and in alignment with Implementation Coordination/Management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering; Desirable: Experience in highway construction projects; Valid Brazilian driver’s license “B” – willingness to travel; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and MS Project. **You’ll stand out if you have:** Experience leading teams and conducting performance evaluations. Strong organizational, planning, and process-monitoring capabilities.
