About the Area The area is responsible for developing and maintaining corporate applications that support financial products, critical processes, digital services, and system integrations operating at high volume and high availability. Responsibilities * Develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality Angular applications, with focus on performance, stability, and security; * Participate in technical and architectural decisions for mission-critical environments, following engineering standards adopted in the financial market; * Implement solutions oriented toward usability, accessibility, scalability, and user experience; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; * Conduct code reviews, propose continuous improvements, and support less experienced developers; * Participate in the team’s agile ceremonies, contributing to process optimization, workflow, and technical maturity; * Work on multiple projects simultaneously, with critical thinking, organization, and results orientation.
