Manage and motivate kitchen staff and develop the menu. **COOK \- BARRA SHOPPING SUL RESTAURANT \- POA/RS** CLT \| 6-day workweek, 1 day off \| 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM R$ 2\.900,00 \+ Transportation Allowance, On-site Meal, and Monthly Bonus. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \* Prepare food under nutritional supervision, ensuring quality, hygiene, taste, and presentation. \* Inspect cleaning of equipment and utensils. \* Assist in material requisition. \* Manage costs to minimize waste. \* Coordinate kitchen activities and staff, resolving operational issues. \* Ensure staff comply with the Delivery Operational Checklist procedures. \* Manage and motivate kitchen staff. \* Develop and update the restaurant menu. \* Monitor and manage ingredient inventory. **REQUIREMENTS:** \* Experience as a cook preparing full meals, knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
