Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible professional to monitor the perimeter, support the virtual front desk, and assist in asset security while maintaining courtesy toward residents. Assist in asset security **JOB OPPORTUNITY** **Day shift, 12x36 schedule from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.** **REQUIREMENTS** Reside in Cachoeirinha, Canoas/RS, or nearby; Preferably own transportation; Experience in condominiums is a plus; **BENEFITS:** Base salary R$1\.751,25 Meal allowance Fuel allowance or transportation allowance **Responsibilities / Competencies** We seek a proactive individual who is responsible and courteous toward residents; monitors the perimeter, supports the virtual front desk when necessary; collects packages, and assists in asset security.
