Join our Network too! \#vemprarede Main Responsibilities: * Provide efficient and courteous customer service; * Identify and implement effective solutions for credit recovery; * Record negotiations and update internal systems as needed. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing high school education; * Mandatory documentation: ID card (RG), CPF, proof of residence, academic transcript/certificate, and work record book (Carteira de Trabalho). Note: * Don’t worry if you lack experience! You’ll undergo training to acquire the necessary skills. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:12 PM\.
