Dynamic environment requiring communication and persuasion **A4 Gráfica**, a printing industry company founded in 1994 and specialized in customized paper products, is seeking a professional to reinforce our sales team in **Porto Alegre/RS**. **Job Mission** Serve on the front line of active prospecting and lead qualification, ensuring potential customers receive optimal outreach before advancing to negotiation. **Responsibilities** * Active prospecting (WhatsApp, e\-mail, and telephone); * Qualification of leads from marketing and social media; * Working with goals and performance metrics; **Requirements** * Reside near the factory (Porto Alegre, Alvorada, Cachoeirinha, Gravataí); * Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills; * Experience in sales, telesales, or lead qualification; * Proactivity and persistence; * Fixed salary \+ variable compensation; **Location:** On\-site \| CLT \| Av.
