Join our team! **\#VIBRA \#SOMOSNAT** **Responsibilities and Duties** You will work with the Customer Relationship and Corporate Quality Center, supporting demand handling and contributing to organization, agility, and excellence in our customer relationships. This is an opportunity to develop communication, organizational, and process-oriented skills while interfacing with various departments across the company. Your responsibilities will include: * Customer service via email and telephone; * Registering and tracking requests in the system, ensuring information organization and traceability; * Monitoring and updating the status of demands to enhance service quality; * Organizing documents and maintaining updated records; * Supporting updates to internal spreadsheets and reports; * Interacting with internal departments to route and track requests; * Contributing to the routines of the Customer Relationship and Quality Center, supporting the continuous improvement of processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Management Processes, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Availability for at least one year for the internship; * Availability to intern from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. **Additional Information** **About Vibra Foods:** With national presence and exports to over 70 countries, the company combines tradition and innovation to deliver the best in chicken protein.
