The candidate will be responsible for supporting the team, serving customers, and assisting with daily store operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Customer service and support (in-person, phone, and online). * Support in sales and after-sales processes. * Customer registration and order processing. * Inventory control and product restocking. * Store layout and point-of-sale maintenance. * Support for promotional campaigns and commercial activities. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity. * Basic computer literacy. * Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus. **Working Hours** * Work schedule: **6 days on, 1 day off**, with weekly rotating days off. * Alternate Sundays required. * Available shift: **afternoon shift from 12:00 PM to 8:20 PM**. * Availability for weekends and holidays is mandatory.
