Job Summary:
Professional responsible for document organization, customer service, occupational health and safety (OHS) support, deadline tracking, and administrative routines, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

**Main Responsibilities:**
* **Document Management:** Organization and digitization of documents, service orders (OS), reports (e.g., PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT), among others.
* **Customer Service:** Support in addressing client requests originating from customer service (SAC), regulatory compliance coordination (RCC), and sending reports as required (e.g., AEP, LTCAT, LIP).
* **Team Support:** Assistance in data verification for submission of OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) events.
* **Deadline Control:** Monitoring document expiration dates according to terms agreed upon with the client.
* **Office Routines:** Preparation of spreadsheets, updating internal management systems, and supporting the issuance and management of new requests. Manual and customized delivery of technical documents to clients via e\-mail.
* **Communication Interface:** Responsive customer service to clients, SAC, support teams, commercial teams, and technical teams (internal/external) via e\-mail, WhatsApp, and telephone.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* **Education:** Currently enrolled in Administration, Process Management, Engineering, Business Process Management, or related fields (from the 2nd semester onward).
* **Technical Skills:** Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (especially **Excel** for spreadsheet control).
* **Behavioral Profile:**
* Ability to manage deadlines and dates.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* **Preferred (not mandatory):** Basic knowledge of NRs (Regulatory Standards) or prior experience in occupational medicine.
