Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support studio requests and general administrative activities; * Provide support to TV departments, with emphasis on journalism, sports, and entertainment editorial teams, as well as operations departments; * Assist in opening and tracking various service tickets via Qualitor (maintenance, repairs, coffee requests, etc.); * Support organization of editorial offices and workspaces; * Distribute newspapers within internal areas; * Deliver materials via protocol; * Support pantry routines (coffee preparation and supply restocking); * Control and organize office supplies; * Maintain contact with supplier companies; * Request and track quotations, forwarding them to the procurement department; * Print and organize documents; * Assist in organizing meeting rooms, including: * Pre-checking the environment (lighting, cleanliness, setup); * Ensuring the space is suitable for use. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Age between 16 and 23 years old; * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; * Availability to work at RBS TV (Morro Santa Teresa); * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite); * Proactive, organized profile with willingness to learn. **Additional Information** Scholarship amounting to R$884.04, transportation allowance, paid vacation during the first year of the program, professional certification upon program completion, and growth opportunities.
