If you possess strong attention to detail and wish to ensure our company consistently operates in accordance with best practices and applicable legislation, this is your opportunity! **Main responsibilities:** * Ensure that all licenses, authorizations, and certificates required for company operations remain valid, up-to-date, and renewed within the deadlines established by the respective regulatory bodies; * Comply with, and enforce compliance with, sanitary legislation and current regulations related to product receipt, storage, and distribution; * Execute activities defined in the QMS – Quality Management System, ensuring Good Storage and Distribution Practices to minimize risks to product quality; * Be knowledgeable about products commercialized by the company; assist / support / advise internal and external sales teams and inspection-area staff, as well as cover internal activities as needed; * Conduct training sessions, evaluate their effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement of processes and services. * Recommend technical and/or infrastructure adjustments required at the branch to comply with the QMS. **Required education:** Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (Pharmacy / Nursing / Biology); experience with health products is desirable. **Expected skills:** * Organization * Strong communication skills * Leadership profile * Good interpersonal skills * Technical knowledge of RDC 665/2022 is mandatory * Must reside in Porto Alegre.
