Job Summary: The Freight Expeditor ensures accuracy in order picking, shipping, and receiving, resolves discrepancies, and organizes inventory to support logistical efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure accuracy in picking and shipping processes. 2. Identify and resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies. 3. Organize inventory and conduct audits for accuracy. The Freight Expeditor is responsible for ensuring accuracy in product picking, shipping, and receiving processes, guaranteeing that orders are dispatched correctly, on time, and in accordance with the company's quality standards. This role involves identifying and resolving discrepancies, organizing inventory, and supporting related departments to enhance overall logistics operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** Provide internal support to locate missing materials in orders during the picking process. Identify, handle, and resolve shipping discrepancies. Perform system-based location assignments to ensure accurate product placement. Handle and resolve receiving discrepancies jointly with suppliers. Conduct product volume measurements and implement necessary system adjustments. Organize inventory and relocate products according to sales velocity. Conduct product organization and counting during cyclic and general inventory audits. Execute inventory audits, ensuring accuracy of stock information. Generate fiscal note entries and reversals as required by operational needs. Support customers and sales representatives by addressing discrepancies and requesting corrections when necessary.
