The professional will be responsible for analyzing documentation and tender notices, preparing proposals for tenders, managing certificates, and monitoring tender processes.

Responsibilities
Analyze public documentation and tender notices; prepare proposals for tenders in both public and private sectors. Ensure all company negative certificates and other tender-required documents are up to date; assist in analyzing contracts, correspondence, and tender notices; manage registration documentation and proposal files; maintain an updated and organized archive of proposals and tender notices; monitor and follow up on tender processes, receiving and forwarding documents requested by tender committees and clients; assist in preparing and registering Technical Responsibility Statements (ART) for professionals. Contact relevant agencies, submit challenges, prepare cost spreadsheets, perform calculations related to tenders, participate in online or in-person tender notices. Prepare spreadsheets to visualize costs and technical proposals to be issued.
