Assist in monitoring and controlling quality and food safety, supporting inspections, documentation, and employee training.

**Job Responsibilities**: Assist in monitoring quality and food safety practices throughout the entire production process; verify and record compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs); inspect receipt, storage, and handling of raw materials to ensure conformity with established standards; support control and updating of technical documentation related to quality and food safety; assist in monitoring quality control tests and analyses; record non-conformities and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions; assist in training employees on quality, hygiene, and food safety standards; maintain organized records and files of inspections, reports, and forms; support internal and external audits by providing requested data and documents; and monitor and enforce internal food safety regulations.
**Requirements**: Completion of high school education; technical or undergraduate studies in quality, food science, or production fields are preferred; basic knowledge of quality control and food safety; foundational understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is considered an advantage.
Compensation: Starting at R$2.650,00 per month
