Provide administrative support to various departments * **In-Person Customer Service:** Receive and direct visitors and customers, provide information, and clarify inquiries. * **Telephone and Digital Customer Service:** Answer calls, transfer calls, respond to emails and messages. * **Information Management:** Schedule appointments, monitor entry and exit of personnel, file documents, and manage correspondence. * **Organization:** Maintain an organized reception area and ensure a welcoming environment. * **Administrative Support:** Perform administrative tasks such as document scanning and printing, system data entry, and support in administrative processes within logistics, maintenance, procurement, sales, and management departments. * **Communication:** Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. * **Problem Solving:** Handle diverse situations—including difficult customers—and efficiently identify solutions.
