Implementation of safety policies and layout optimization Responsible for ensuring the efficiency of warehouse operations, leading all activities related to receiving, storage, inventory control, and product distribution, guaranteeing customer satisfaction through effective management and team leadership to ensure processes comply with Fruki Bebidas’ established standards and policies. We value diversity and welcome everyone! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Authorize the entry or exit of trucks from the warehouse assigned to your shift. * Analyze work routines related to the warehouse assigned to your shift, identifying issues and proposing solutions to optimize the process. * Strategically organize the warehouse layout to optimize workflow and maximize storage capacity. * Supervise the warehouse team, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of daily operations. * Plan and coordinate the movement of freight vehicles in the company yard, seeking to optimize loading and unloading flow. * Plan and coordinate merchandise receipt, ensuring inventory data accuracy and integrity. * Implement warehouse safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of products required to meet customer demand. * Manage order preparation and packaging for shipment, ensuring on-time delivery and product integrity. * Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure inventory data accuracy and meet customer needs. * Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement corrective measures to optimize warehouse processes. * Responsible for guiding the team, monitoring performance, and providing constructive feedback. * Maintain accurate records of all warehouse processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies in progress in the relevant field are desirable; * Experience in warehouse management and people management; * Basic knowledge of costs and expenses, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), inventory control, and supply logistics; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Driver’s license category B is desirable; * Availability to work Sunday through Thursday, from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM, with a 1-hour break; * Availability to work Fridays when required. **Additional Information** **LEARN ABOUT OUR BENEFITS:** Meal Voucher; Food Voucher; Transportation Voucher; Profit Sharing Program (PPR); Unimed Health Plan; Uniodonto Dental Plan; Free Life Insurance; Study Grant; Education Assistance; Wellhub (Gympass); Employee Support Channel; Pharmacy Partnership; Partnerships with selected universities; Product discounts Fruki Bebidas was founded in 1924 in Arroio do Meio, Rio Grande do Sul, and has been delighting life with flavor for over 100 years.
