The focus of this role is to attract, engage, and convert potential patients using digital marketing strategies and relationship management. If you are creative, analytical, and passionate about marketing, join our team and help\-us transform smiles! **NOTE:** PJ CONTRACT / ATTRACTIVE FIXED SALARY \+ COMMISSIONS **Responsibilities:** Contact leads received and lists of potential patients, both proactively (outbound) and reactively (inbound). Maintain relationships with leads by conducting strategic follow\-ups to increase conversion. Use telephone as the primary contact channel and WhatsApp as supplementary support. Record and update information in the management system to ensure proper tracking of the conversion funnel. Collaborate with the marketing department and clinical team to align patient acquisition and service delivery. Achieve scheduling and conversion targets, focusing on service efficiency and quality. , **Requirements:** Completed high school education (mandatory); ongoing undergraduate studies in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields are desirable. Proven experience in sales and telephone customer service, preferably in dental clinics, aesthetic clinics, or healthcare-related fields.
