If you identify with our purpose and seek your professional growth and development, let’s work together! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for providing administrative patient support at the Imaging Diagnostic Center, maintaining and promoting client base growth while pursuing sustainability and an enhanced patient experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Schedule and attend to outpatient patients according to established routines and policies within the MV system, ensuring process accuracy and consistently emphasizing customer satisfaction; * Authorize examinations and consultations according to routines and policies defined by health insurance providers via specific portals, ensuring institutional process integrity and sustainability; * Protect personal data against unauthorized or improper use by patients, in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), safeguarding data integrity. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Are Seeking:** * A professional aligned with our purpose of excellence in patient care. **What You Must Have:** * Completed High School education **Additional Information:** * Working Hours: 09:00 to 18:00 * Shift Rotation: 6 days on / 1 day off * Work Modality: On-site **Additional Information** **Join Our Team!** We are a Marist institution that believes in the potential of our employees.
