Support leadership in the company's technology strategy Description: We are looking for an Engineering Leader (Staff Engineer) to join our team. This is a strategic role designed for professionals who act as technical references and help guide solutions that impact multiple departments and teams across the company. This person will work within Starta's Software Factory, collaborating on the development of technological solutions, participating in various projects, and contributing to the continuous evolution of our products and services. Work mode: 1–2 days per week onsite in Porto Alegre. Responsibilities and Duties * Serve as a technical reference, guiding and mentoring engineers to elevate the team’s technical level. * Design complex and scalable systems, defining robust and sustainable architectures. * Resolve critical technical issues, including performance optimization, complex bug fixes, and scalability challenges. * Support leadership in defining and evolving the company's technology strategy, translating technical decisions for diverse stakeholders. * Disseminate technical knowledge through documentation, code reviews, and sharing of best practices. * Promote continuous innovation by exploring new solutions and tools that enhance product efficiency and quality. Requirements and Qualifications * Solid software development experience with a proven track record in technical leadership. * Knowledge of design and architecture of large-scale systems. * Ability to solve complex problems and possess a strategic vision of technology. * Experience guiding engineering teams. * Excellent communication skills for collaborative, multidisciplinary environments. * Preferred: experience in agile environments and working across multiple teams/projects. 2511080202181794268
