Description

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preparing and applying varnish on metal surfaces, controlling parameters and conducting quality inspections, as well as maintaining equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized preparation and application of varnish on metal surfaces 2. Quality control and process adjustments for superior finishing 3. Equipment maintenance and collaboration within the production team Preparing metal surfaces for varnish application by cleaning, degreasing, and inspecting part conditions; preparing and adjusting varnish according to technical specifications, performing dilution and mixing when necessary; operating varnish application equipment and booths, paint spray guns, or automatic coating systems; controlling application parameters such as pressure, viscosity, layer thickness, and drying or curing time; positioning and handling parts on the production line or in drying ovens; performing visual inspection to verify uniformity, gloss, coverage, and absence of defects such as runs, bubbles, or flaws; making minor process adjustments to ensure finishing quality; cleaning and maintaining equipment, spray guns, tanks, and work areas; recording production data and material consumption; adhering to safety regulations when handling hazardous and flammable chemicals, correctly using PPE; collaborating with the production team to maintain line flow and meet quality and productivity targets. High school diploma required.
