Assist customers and suppliers in problem investigations. **MECHANICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Perform macrographic and embossing tests on parts and components for complete and critical items, inspecting internal material structures for production release approval. Conduct physical measurements on parts using micrometers, calipers, stereoscopes, etc., ensuring compliance with predefined technical specifications. Complete laboratory test control forms, recording data of evaluated parts including quantities, performed processes, traceability numbers, and describing procedures executed per case to support audit requirements. Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), documenting part codes, customer information, quantities, etc., in standardized forms; report discrepancies and determine whether lots will be reworked or scrapped, then submit to supervisors for review, analysis, and necessary actions. Assist customers and suppliers by supporting problem investigations and, when appropriate, proposing corrective actions.
