Conduct benchmarking studies among the company’s practices, suppliers, and competitors, evaluating methods, technologies, and processes. Support the industrialization of identified opportunities, ensuring integration between suppliers and internal departments (manufacturing, methods, quality, logistics, and engineering). Participate in workshops, audits, and technical meetings, ensuring cross-departmental alignment and dissemination of best practices. Map and document opportunities identified during technical visits, assessing technical and financial feasibility. Monitor implemented opportunities, measuring results with a focus on cost reduction, lead time improvement, and productivity enhancement. Apply Industrial System concepts and Lean Manufacturing methodologies to implement improvements. Prepare technical reports and executive presentations, consolidating results and action status. Support project management, including planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder reporting. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred. Advanced English proficiency. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Project Management.
