You will support the creation of planograms, analyze category metrics, and contribute to projects that drive retail performance and results. **Commercial (Inventory Management)** Ensure the balance between inventory availability and efficiency. You will manage and analyze inventory to support commercial decisions. **Commercial (Pricing – Price Management)** Turn pricing into strategy. You will support analyses and proposals that impact business competitiveness and results. **Commercial (Visual Merchandising)** Create and execute in-store product ambiance and display. You will support layout, furniture, and organization projects, helping delight customers and facilitate purchases at Panvel. *Preference for Architecture students.* **Controlling (Tax)** Ensure tax compliance and organization. You will support tax routines and learn firsthand about the company’s tax structure. **E-commerce (Anti-Fraud)** Analyze, investigate, and support decision-making on online transactions. You will contribute to order monitoring and protection of digital operations. **E-commerce (CRM – Customer Relationship Management)** Strengthen customer relationships through data. You will participate in campaign development and analyze results across the digital customer journey. **Expansion (Contracts and Leasing)** Organize processes that enable growth. You will support administrative routines and monitor contracts related to new projects. **Expansion (Maintenance)** Keep operations running efficiently. You will support planning, cost control, and maintenance routines across our units. **Expansion (Projects and Architecture)** Plan and oversee the opening of new stores. You will participate in site surveys, projects, and the company’s physical expansion in practice. *Exclusive vacancy for Architecture students.* **Finance (FP&A – Financial Planning and Analysis)** Transform financial data into insights for decision-making. You will support budgeting, variance analysis, profitability assessments, and the creation of reports, dashboards, and departmental databases. **People & Culture (Talent Acquisition and Selection)** Connect talents with the business. You will support partner relationship management and monitor commercial expansion strategies. **Planning and Operations (Pharmaceutical Support)** Turn data into action in retail. You will support indicator analysis and improvements that directly impact store operations. **Information Technology (Service Desk)** Sustain operations with technology. You will support store assistance and contribute to daily system functionality. **Information Technology (Systems Development)** Build and evolve solutions that sustain the business. You will participate in systems development and maintenance, handle incident resolution, and support technical organization and governance within the squad. **Information Technology (Infrastructure and Automation)** Ensure integration and scalability of technological environments. You will support integration and automation development, as well as infrastructure-as-code (IaC) initiatives, contributing to more efficient and structured environments. **Information Technology (Information Security)** Protect data, systems, and operations.
