Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Draft and review contracts, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation; * Prepare and review notices, legal opinions, official letters, and other legal instruments; * Provide consultative legal guidance on civil and labor matters; * Monitor and support labor litigation processes, as well as handle civil litigation matters in collaboration with the team; * Interact with partner law firms to obtain documents and information required for case preparation, defining and aligning defense strategies; * Work integrally with various internal departments to foster connection and fluidity in legal operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, with completed postgraduate studies in Civil Law, Labor Law, Contract Law, or related fields; * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Prior experience in Civil and Labor Law; * Experience working in a corporate environment; * Proactive, articulate, organized profile with strong interpersonal communication skills; * Ability to operate across diverse practice areas (generalist profile); * Energy and dynamism to manage multiple concurrent demands; * Consultative and strategic mindset, combined with solid technical knowledge. **Additional Information** RBS is made up of people.
