Opportunity for experienced and proactive professionals KQ RH, in partnership with the institution **Cinema Nosso**, is launching a call for hiring a service provider (legal entity) to perform duties as Communication Coordinator. **THE OPPORTUNITY** We seek a mature professional with leadership experience and strong operational involvement to coordinate the institution’s Communication area. This person will be responsible for leading the team, organizing processes, monitoring project communication activities, and ensuring all initiatives align with the institutional identity, strategic objectives, and dynamics of the third sector. The role requires active daily involvement, capacity to operate simultaneously across multiple projects (childhood, youth, audiovisual, technology, culture), and availability to attend in-person activities when necessary. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor social media management daily using a pre-established action spreadsheet to verify priorities according to dates, execution responsibilities, and necessary guidance for the team. * Draft and approve various texts and content daily or as needed for publication on social media and external partners. * Hold weekly meetings with the communication team to align team or institutional demands and needs. * Attend the institution’s monthly strategic meeting to share goals and objectives, thereby contributing to communication actions required to achieve those objectives. * Collaborate with the Projects department to identify demands requiring communication department support, defining dissemination strategies such as visual identity, project-appropriate actions (e.g., videos, posts), suitable language, and editorial line. * Perform other related duties as required. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or Public Relations; * Prior experience as a **team leader, coordinator, or senior analyst** in the Communication field; * Experience in the **third sector**, social, cultural, audiovisual, or socially impactful projects (preferred); * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (advanced level)**; * Knowledge of video and photo editing (preferred); * Experience working in dynamic environments handling multiple simultaneous projects. * Assertive communication, emotional intelligence, leadership and people management, creativity, proactivity, organization and systemic vision, flexibility and professional maturity. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Contract type: PJ (legal entity) – 12-month contract, renewable. * Flexibility in working hours required, especially during events and specific activities; * Service delivery mode: To be adjusted based on demand and nature of deliverables, potentially including both in-person and remote activities. * Reference location for service provision: Lapa – Rio de Janeiro/RJ **We value applications from Black and Brown candidates, aligned with our institutional values.** Learn more at: *https://cinemanosso.org.br/* Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree * Meal Card (R$ 400.00) * Transportation Allowance
