**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Prepare media scripts according to received documents;
* Assemble commercial breaks for Grupo RBS media outlets;
* Ensure quality and harmony of our commercial breaks;
* Monitor scheduled broadcasts against scripts;
* Receive and analyze advertising materials in compliance with legislation and commercial rules;
* Execute other operational processes related to this area;
* Uphold excellence across all process touchpoints to ensure adherence to operational quality standards and timely media delivery;
* Maintain direct contact with internal and external clients.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields;
* Affinity with process-oriented and routine-based work;
* Ability to solve complex problems;
* Flexibility and adaptability to potential changes;
* Adaptability to working under pressure;
* Consultative, proactive, and communicative profile; systemic vision; strong interpersonal skills; collaborative mindset; and sense of urgency;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Availability to work rotating shifts for occasional situations or projects.
