Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders to ensure successful execution of commercialized initiatives; * Develop and monitor delivery schedules; * Provide client support and track deliveries using project management tools; * Collect data to build reports; * Address challenges, assess and mitigate risks, proposing solutions; * Maintain constant communication with commercial executives and other internal teams to align on deliverables; * Ensure full satisfaction of B2B clients (brands/agencies), encouraging repeat purchases of initiatives; * Conduct recurring meetings to discuss agenda items, verify progress, and monitor deliverables; * Present reports and post-sales analyses of initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields; * Strong organizational skills; * Communicative, proactive profile with ease in engaging diverse stakeholders; * Experience with Monday.com or similar tools is desirable; * Experience in B2B client service (brands/agencies) and/or project management is desirable. **Additional Information** **Internal candidates must apply by 02/20/2026.** RBS is made up of people.
