Acting as a facilitator in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies Description: **Job Responsibilities:** Analyze and optimize production processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Develop and implement solutions for waste reduction, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement. Conduct studies and tests to validate process changes and innovations. Ensure compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards. Generate and monitor performance indicators, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. Support automation and digitalization projects. Act as a facilitator in applying methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, TPM. Train operational teams on implementing improvements and new processes. Ensure adherence to established time and method standards for production processes in new projects. Focus on process improvement and excellence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering. Experience in industrial settings is a strong advantage. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM. Compensation Notes: Not disclosed
