Contribute to the standardization of planning processes An Industrial Engineering company is seeking a Planning Coordinator in Porto Alegre (São Geraldo). Engecampo is a company specialized in engineering and civil construction. It provides innovative and sustainable solutions for infrastructure projects. **Responsibilities:** Ensure the development, updating, and consistency of the physical project schedule. Monitor productivity deviations and propose corrective actions. Enhance schedule and productivity (HH) predictability by reducing deviations between planned and actual performance. Act as an integration agent among engineering, procurement, and execution to ensure information flow and reliability. Monitor planning performance indicators (KPIs). Report structured information to corporate planning. Serve as the liaison between site operations and corporate planning. Contribute to the standardization of planning processes. Ensure compliance with standards defined by corporate planning. Previous experience as Planning Supervisor, Planning Manager, Strategic Planning Analyst, or Project Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
