We will count on you to: * Work focused on the pillars of product, customer, and brand; * Be the guardian of the department's guidelines in Cia stores regarding visual presentation, experience, and communication; * Disseminate the Visual Merchandising culture within the company, demonstrating the positive impact and importance of using our methods; * Facilitate communication between the Visual Merchandising department and company branches to ensure alignment between both; * Promote attractive product presentation and display to encourage customer purchases; * Execute product display actions, monitoring sales performance, VM guidelines, and promotions; * Guide store teams on commercial strategies and necessary visual communication to support campaigns and initiatives; * Monitor weekly updates in your assigned stores to ensure compliance with established standards; * Ensure window displays meet standards regarding lighting, production, cleanliness, equipment placement, mannequins, and communication; * Review and create fashion presentations on mannequins, displays, and fixtures across all departments; * Assist in the technical development of store teams in the area of VM; * Be creative and foster interaction with consultant teams to build partnerships and mutual collaboration; * Manage store ambiance, equipment, and product placement to create a favorable selling environment; * Perform sales analysis and generate technical reports to monitor results; * Conduct store visits according to your route and schedule; * Support technical testing of displays and presentation of new projects with external brands; * Carry out store setups, being responsible for product presentation and performance improvement across all business models or interventions. What do we expect from you? * Availability to work visiting group stores; * Availability for travel; * Reside in the coal region (Arroio dos Ratos, Butiá, Charqueadas, São Jerônimo or General Câmara); * Proficiency in Office suite.
