We are looking for a **Procurement and Quality Coordinator** with strategic vision and strong expertise in sourcing, supplier development, and supply chain management. This role will be responsible for leading negotiations, cost-reduction strategies, performance indicators (QCDS), and continuous improvement, ensuring competitiveness, quality, and operational efficiency. The role will also collaborate with Engineering on new projects and component localization, as well as lead the team and strengthen a results-oriented culture. Join the Mahindra team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead strategic negotiations with suppliers, ensuring competitive commercial terms, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives. * Define and execute sourcing strategies, including RFQ/RFP processes, TCO analyses, contract management, and supply chain risk assessment. * Manage supplier quality (SQE), ensuring compliance, performance, and continuous improvement. * Monitor and develop supplier base performance, with focus on quality, cost, delivery, and risk reduction. * Lead, develop, and engage the team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. * Apply strategic vision, ownership mindset, and prioritization ability to make sound decisions in dynamic, high-demand environments. * Ensure clear and influential communication across internal departments and external partners, promoting alignment and process efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced Excel (pivot tables and data analysis) and ERP experience. * Tools: 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Pareto, SPC/CPK, PPAP/APQP, Control Plans, MSA/metrology (as applicable to scope). * Advanced/Fluent English. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Postgraduate degree/MBA. **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance for you and your family, ensuring greater care and peace of mind in daily life. * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher to facilitate your commute. * Meal allowance, ensuring convenience for your meals. * Private pension plan with company matching, planning for your future. * Life insurance for your security and protection. * Annual bonus tied to performance, recognizing your contribution and achievements. * Birthday day off, allowing you to enjoy your special day as you wish. * University discounts, encouraging your continuous development. * Genuine opportunities for internal career growth.
