Job Summary: Oleoplan is seeking a PL-level PMO Analyst to support engineering project management, ensuring schedule, scope, and budget adherence, while contributing to continuous process improvement. Currently, we are seeking a **PL-level PMO Analyst** to join our Engineering team. If you are willing to take on challenges, learn, and grow with us, we invite you to apply and become part of Oleoplan’s success journey. **Job Responsibilities:** * Support engineering project management from planning to delivery, ensuring schedule, scope, and budget adherence. * Collaborate with the PMO on portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and project portfolio monitoring. * Develop and update schedules, action plans, status reports, and performance indicators (schedule, cost, scope, and quality). * Conduct risk analysis and propose mitigation plans. * Lead progress meetings with internal and external teams, ensuring alignment and documentation of decisions. * Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. * Support technical and economic feasibility studies, analyzing schedules, costs, and risks. * Work with the PMO to standardize and continuously improve project management processes and methodologies. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Production Engineering * MBA or specialization in Project Management preferred * Experience in Project Management within industrial environments preferred * Knowledge of project management methodologies **Desired Differentiators:** Strong assertive communication skills, ability to manage multiple demands, and systemic vision to understand the impact of initiatives on the portfolio and business.
