Methods and Processes Analyst

Description

Job Summary: Optimize industrial processes, define work methods, develop work instructions, and identify continuous improvements using Lean tools. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize industrial and production processes 2. Apply Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and PDCA tools 3. Collaborate with Quality, Production Planning and Control (PCP), Maintenance, and Production **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze, develop, and optimize industrial and production processes; * Define work methods, times, and motions; * Develop and review work instructions, flowcharts, and operational procedures; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement targeting productivity, quality, safety, and cost reduction; * Conduct layout studies, line balancing, and productive capacity analysis; * Monitor industrial process performance indicators (KPIs); * Participate in the implementation of new processes, equipment, and products; * Provide technical support to production in solving process-related problems; * Apply Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, and other tools; * Collaborate with Quality, PCP, Maintenance, and Production departments; * Ensure process standardization and compliance with technical and safety standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree completed in **Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Process Engineering**, or related fields; * Prior experience in **industrial methods and processes**; * Knowledge of **process mapping**, **time and motion study**, **line balancing**, and **continuous improvement**; * Experience in an industrial environment; * Familiarity with **Lean Manufacturing**, **5S**, **Kaizen**, **PDCA**, and indicator analysis; Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel). * **Desirable** * Knowledge of **AutoCAD**, **SolidWorks**, or layout/process software; * Experience with **ERP** and MES systems; * Technical/intermediate English; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Processes, Production, or Continuous Improvement. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
