Job Summary: Conduct efficient and accurate inspections of real estate assets, analyzing features, identifying damages, and recording detailed information for reports, including training of new inspectors. Training and supervision of new inspectors **Main responsibilities of this role include:** * + Conduct real estate asset inspections efficiently, accurately, and reliably, analyzing features and conditions of conservation/operation for both new and used commercial and residential properties; + Identify and observe building materials, finishes, electrical and plumbing installations, furniture, and other property items; + Test equipment, identify damages, and verify functionality and general environmental conditions; + During exit inspections, perform meticulous comparisons based on reports and documents; + Record collected information as detailed text with photos for inspection report generation via a tablet application; + Verify repairs and discrepancies; + Provide training and supervision to new inspectors. **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education; * Driver's license category A; * Personal vehicle (motorcycle); * Android smartphone.
