Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, civil, and air conditioning systems, supporting facility preservation and responding to internal maintenance requests. Prompt response to internal maintenance requests Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in electrical, plumbing, civil, and minor air conditioning repair work; Support the maintenance of common areas and apartments, ensuring proper functioning of facilities; Respond promptly and effectively to internal maintenance requests.
