Job Summary: The Maintenance and Electrical Assistant will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and building infrastructure systems. The Maintenance and Electrical Assistant will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as minor repairs to building infrastructure and furniture, ensuring proper functionality and safety of the facilities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Diagnose and rectify electrical faults, replacing defective components and performing repairs as required. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, painting, and air conditioning systems. * Monitor and maintain inventory of tools and materials required for maintenance services. * Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, distribution panels, wiring, and lighting devices. * Perform minor repairs and adjustments on equipment and furniture, ensuring they remain in good working condition. * Report hazardous conditions and urgent repair needs to supervision. * Follow occupational safety regulations and operational procedures to minimize risks and ensure workplace safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School; technical courses in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or related fields. * Experience in electrical and general maintenance. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning. * Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment. **Additional Information** Benefits: Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance Attendance Card Meal Allowance or Food Voucher Health and Dental Plan – no monthly fee for the employee Annual Bonus based on achieved goals GymPass – access to gyms and wellness services Life Insurance **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:48 – Monday to Friday We are a strong, experienced group driven by health.
