Thus, we believe in the development and capabilities of our employees, and together, we create outstanding products and experiences that transform how people live and work. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Coordinate the hydraulic team and assign tasks. * Monitor installations, maintenance, and repairs of hydraulic systems. * Read and interpret hydraulic project drawings. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Request materials and monitor service execution. * Conduct inspections and provide technical guidance to the team. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a Hydraulic Supervisor or in a similar role. * Knowledge of residential/industrial hydraulic installations. * Ability to read and interpret hydraulic project drawings. * Leadership and organizational skills. * Training courses in the field will be considered advantageous. **Additional Information:** At Melnick, you will receive: * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher: BRL 350/month. * Meal Allowance: BRL 35.00 per day. * Hazardous Work Allowance: 20% of the minimum wage. * Unimed Health Plan. * Life Insurance. * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program). * Partnerships with educational institutions, wellness programs, and others. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18
