Ensure safe operation and carry out preventive maintenance **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Operate heavy machinery such as mini loaders, mini excavators, backhoes, and excavators according to site requirements. Perform excavation, earthmoving, material removal, soil leveling, and other activities related to the use of heavy equipment. Ensure safe machine operation by complying with safety regulations and established procedures. Carry out preventive maintenance and assist with minor repairs when necessary. Monitor work progress and report to supervisors on task status and potential adjustments. Work proactively, anticipate needs, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience operating mini loaders, mini excavators, backhoes, or excavators. Proactive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and ability to resolve operational issues.
