Job Summary: Operates a backhoe loader, performs loading and unloading, moves machinery, mixes gypsum waste, and handles equipment fueling and minor repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and maneuver a backhoe loader in the yard 2. Load and unload trucks and feed the production line 3. Manage fueling and perform minor repairs on machinery **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a 1-hour break; Saturday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM **Employment Type:** Permanent **Requirements:** Driver's license categories B, C, D, or E. **Experience:** Loading and unloading trucks; maneuvering machinery in the yard to feed the production line; mixing gypsum waste received on the factory floor; assisting truck drivers with maneuvers for unloading in the yard when necessary; responsible for machinery fueling; maintaining and caring for machinery, performing minor repairs; reporting any machine-related issues that cannot be easily resolved to the immediate supervisor to schedule maintenance; holding a valid driver's license for public-road equipment transportation. Completion of heavy machinery operation training is a plus.
